Privacy notice

Project enquiries

The form collects your name, email, company, selected service, project description and optional budget. We use these details to assess and discuss your enquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. They are not publicly listed. An automated clean-up removes records older than 180 days when a new enquiry is processed. If you become a client, any separate project records and terms should be agreed with you directly.

Spam protection

The form uses a hidden spam field, a short timing check and a rate limit. A temporary one-way hash derived from the request IP and a ten-minute time window is used for rate limiting; the form does not store the raw IP address in the enquiries database. Expired rate-limit records are removed as new valid enquiries are processed.

Preferences and analytics

Your motion preference may be stored in this browser. The site does not currently send behavioural analytics to a third-party analytics service. Events such as service selections are available internally for a future configured analytics integration. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request logs required to serve and secure the site.

External services

Links to Instagram open an external service with its own privacy practices. The product demonstration section loads externally hosted recordings and YouTube players when it approaches the viewport. These providers receive technical requests from your browser and apply their own privacy practices. Demonstrations start muted; playback and sound can be controlled on the page. Your enquiry is not submitted to Instagram automatically.

Contact and requests

To ask about your enquiry data or request removal, contact @inn0webautomations. Include enough information to identify your request, without sending sensitive details in a public comment.
